I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The beautiful floral wallpapers and the soft, comfortable armchairs made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were also very accessible for senior people like myself. There were elevators and handrails in the hallways, making it easy for me to navigate around. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hotel in providing a safe and comfortable environment for older guests.
My only wish for a better vacation for senior people would be to have more assistance available from the staff. Although the children working there were friendly and polite, it would have been helpful to have someone readily available to help with carrying luggage or offering assistance with any special needs.

Amazing Lake Views: From the moment we stepped into our holiday home, we were greeted with breathtaking lake views. It felt like waking up in a dream, with the tranquil waters glistening under the morning sun. The scenery was so mesmerizing, it could easily rival the beauty of a postcard.
Difficult Parking: Unfortunately, the only downside we encountered during our stay was the parking situation. Due to the holiday home's location on a steep hill, finding a suitable parking spot proved to be quite a challenge.

The room at Wye View in Ross-on-Wye was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a tired rider like me. The comfortable bed and beautiful view of the countryside made it feel like a home away from home. Loved it!
The only thing I didn't love was the lack of a bathtub, but hey, some people prefer showers anyway.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the town and a stunning view across the river. The welcome pack provided was really useful for a short stay. there were several good pubs nearby to enjoy.
Parking was a bit difficult, and it would have been helpful to have a fan in the room, especially during the hot weather. The cleanliness of the windows and ceilings could also be improved, as there were quite a few cobwebs.

I had the most wonderful stay at Wye View in Ross-on-Wye. The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the river and countryside from the beautiful big bay window. It was so peaceful and relaxing, just what I needed for a getaway. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, filled with delicious bagels, granola, butter, marmalade. The en suite bathroom was lovely, and the kitchen facilities were great. I also appreciated the beautiful decor, especially the big leather chair and lamps. The bird song in the morning added to the serene atmosphere. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely love to come back.
While my stay was mostly perfect, there were a couple of minor issues. Parking was a bit difficult, which was slightly inconvenient.

The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, especially from the large bay window. It was such a treat to wake up to the sight of the river and the beautiful countryside. The location of the apartment was also a big plus, as it was very close to all the pubs and restaurants in town. We didn't have to go far to find some great food and entertainment. Additionally, the welcome pack left for us was so thoughtful and generous, with delicious bagels, granola, and other goodies. It really made us feel special and well taken care of.
There were a few things that could have been improved upon during our stay. Parking was quite difficult and the apartment was located on a very steep hill, which made it a bit challenging to get around.
